New Message from Scarlett

Scarlett's publicist sent me a brand new message straight from Scarlett:

Hello everyone! I hope you’re all enjoying the holidays safely. I’m really excited about how my music is coming along, and I can’t wait for you all to hear it. I’m also incredibly happy to announce that I am finally working on my book, a collection of my poetry and photography from over the years. Publishing is one of my goals in life, and I’m excited to share my work with you. There is also a line of jewelry in the works for you ladies (and gents who enjoy sparkling just as much as we do). Within the next couple of months, you’ll see my website and myspace completely revamped to reflect all my exciting new projects. So keep visiting my page to find out when everything is released.

It's nice to hear from Scarlett again. I had lost all hope that she had any interest in public life. It's nice that we get messages every few months, but hopefully with the new website and myspace, maybe Scarlett will update us more. ::cross her fingers in hope::

SW needs a new host =(

Well, today I got an email saying that my host, Visage Hosting is shutting down. So, now I'm in need of a new, cheap hosting services, or else Scarlett's Web is in serious risk of being shut down, at least for a while. I'd like something for under $8.00 a month (currently I'm paying $5.00), and I need at least 2GBs of space, 8GBs of Bandwidth a month, email, FTP, at least 20 MySQL databases, and at least PHP 5.2.6. Oh, and I'm prefer cPanel, but its not a requirement. If *anyone* knows of some where that fits these requirements that's cheap, I'd appreciate an email. Well, I found a host that I think will work. The site has been transfered, so if you notice anythings not working, please let me know.

New NEDA Appearance

Scarlett is scheduled to appear at the National Eating Disorders Association's 2008 National Eating Disorders Conference. Scarlett will be speaking on the third day of the conference, which is Saturday September 20th. For more information, check out the NEDA's official website.

A REAL UPDATE! Seriously... She's not dead.

Scarlett's publicist sent me this message from Scarlett:

Hi everyone! I just wanted to let you know that I haven't disappeared. I'm working on my album with my songwriting partner, David Ivy, and the music is really starting to come together. David and I totally click and are on the same page when it comes to my music. I just wish I had met him a long time ago!! The album will be finished soon, and I hope to be touring by the end of this year. The horror movie is still on, too, and set to begin filming at the end of the summer. Stay tuned for a book and maybe even a clothing line!! I love you guys, and thanks for being such loyal fans. You guys rock.
